In a time of instant entertainment (TV, 3-D movies, etc..) my daughter lives in the world of her imagination. She rides invisible horses, has a pet rhino, converses with imaginary friends, and locks invisible doors. One day after I left our tea party, I returned to a very upset little girl. With hands on her hips and an angry glare, she said "you broke my door," I had walked through her invisible door. My daughter reminds me to slow down, smell the flowers and always believe in fairies.

Today was a pretty great day that ended with some amazing news. We started our family day with a walk to Sprouts to buy some popcorn for our family movie outing. Then we made it home, made breakfast and popcorn and then got ready to go and watch The Lion King. We had a great time at the movies. We laughed, I cried (that movie always gets me), and the Hus fell asleep ("just for a minute"). Next on our family adventure we went to the pet store and Coco wanted to take home all the fish and some birds. She wants to live in a zoo! We took a break from our grand adventure with a 3 and a half hour nap! Oh what a great nap it was! When we awoke our adventure continued with enchilada making which lead to a delicious dinner. All of these wonderful amazing adventures happened today but what really made my day was finding out that my daughter's godparents are expecting their own lil' bundle of joy. I am tearing up just thinking about it all over again. I am so excited for them and I can not wait to meet my new cousin. God has blessed this day and 2 wonderful parents-to-be!
